Section 44 of the Age Discrimination Act 2004 (Cth) (the Age Discrimination Act) gives the �����鱨վ (the Commission) the power to grant temporary exemptions from certain provisions of the Age Discrimination Act. Section 44 of the Age Discrimination Act provides as follows:
