She is also an ambassador for Reflect Forward – an\n anti-racism movement in the Australian sports industry\, which\nencourages conversations between athletes\, teachers\, and students\nabout racism in sport and society. In 2011\, Kyah became the first\nIndigenous player in Australia to score at a World Cup\, male or\nfemale. Kyah currently plays for the Central Coast Mariners in the\nA-Leagues.\n\n\n * KAREN FARQUHAR SON (she/her)is Professor of Sociology and Chair\nof the Anti-Racism Hallmark Research Initiative at the University\nof Melbourne. She i s also a member of the_Racism. It\nStops_ _With Me_Expert Advisory G roup (EAG). Professor Farquharson\nresearches in the sociology of race and racism\, with a focus on media\nand sport. She has conducted extensive re search with community sports\nclubs and authored multiple books and articl es\, including “Sport and\nSociety in the Global Age”\, which interrog ates how sport can\ninfluence the social world.\n\n\n * MOLINA ASTHANA (she/her)is thefounder and executive director\nof Multicultural Women in Sport – an organisation which aims to\ncreate pathways for the incr eased participation of women from\nmulticultural backgrounds in sportfor theirempowerment\, well being\nand sense of belonging.Molina is also the Chair of Gymnastics\nVictoria and serves on the boards of Table Tennis Victoria and AFL\nSouth East Commission.
