PROTECTION FROM DISCRIMINATION ON THE BASIS OF SEXUAL ORIENTATION AND SEX AND/OR GENDER IDENTITY. Ill be as brief as I can with regard to my concerns. I underwent a male to female gender reassignment operation in Sydney in 1988 and although I am very happy with the procedure, last year after a lot of soul searching, I came to the conclusion that I did not relate to either gender and I began withdrawing from formal therapy Which I had been having since August 1987. I prefer to dress in male attire but I feel alien to both genders. It if often embarrassing for me whenever I am required to state a gender. Of course I always say I am female which often raises eyebrows and I fell I am not being taken seriously. If I had the legal rights to assume a NON GENDER IDENTITY it would allow me to retain anonymity in what is a very private and sensitive matter for me. I know who I am but I want the legal right to be who I am Yours Sincerely h'hSh3 B 9 ,1h.
