Section 44 of the Sex Discrimination Act 1984 (Cth) (the Sex Discrimination Act) gives the ºÚÁÏÇ鱨վ (the Commission) the power to grant temporary exemptions from certain provisions of the Sex Discrimination Act. Section 44 of the Sex Discrimination Act provides as follows.
